Surprise Mexican Gem …. Tried this place for lunch based on other reviewer’s ratings. Parking lot was a bit empty and the outside is not all that special, but gave it a shot. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Service was great, from the lady who promptly arrived with a basket of hot chips and fresh salsa, to the waiter who provided a recommendation on what to order, to the guy who brought our food out. It was really great, start to finish, and if we lived in the area, I think it would be our new favorite place.

Cause they run out of beer . need better management ,to many of the workers girlfriends and friends hanging out effecting work performance. good thing they do not get alot of business , they can hardly handle any. again poor management reflects very poor waiter performance. VERY UNHAPPY AND THRISTY15 Jun, 2012Who’s working?. Been to this Cancun at least 8 times. The workers are all over the place.They seem more worried about conversing with each other than waiting on tables. Who’s in charge here ???
Great Lunch. Thursday, a few of us went to the Forest Park Cancun for lunch and received good service from a different waiter. The food was good and delivered in less than 15 minutes. I guess the problem we had the other day was due to the waiter and not the restruaunt.16 Mar, 2012Not Happy. When ordering the lunch special you should not have to wait 15 minutes. I litteraly chased our waiter down and asked him for our food. We gave our food order when he took our drink order. It was Taco salad for both of us. The restruaunt wasn’t that busy. The food is good but I would not reccommend the Forest Park Cancun for lunch.
Awesome food!. There are other Cancun restaurants in the Cincinnati area, but this one opened a month ago so everything is still new. We had lunch on Sunday afternoon. The decor was bright and colorful, and the facility was very roomy with flat screen TVs showing the Reds game (my husband’s favorite pass time). The food was served hot. We had a large party so we ordered lots of different items from the menu. I had the Burrito and Taco, and my husband had the Special Platter with stuffed chili– the food was very tasty and the portions were large. My son was able to order a vegetarian dish– Bean Tostadas with Refried beans and rice. Our party of 15 people all raved about the food. One said it was the best Mexican food he ever had! If you’re looking for good authentic Mexican food that is reasonably priced, then visit this restaurant!
