Horrible service and experience. May,15th,2013 today me and my friend went to cazadores to have lunch and we were treated badly,our waiter acted like we were bothering him by being there and we were rushed to order and then my friend’s food was covered in nothing but grease and he couldn’t eat it and told a waitress and she replied let me see what I can do but then no one came to the table to find out what was wrong with the food or to say would u like something else or im sorry that ur food wasnt good or even to check on us they kept walking around the dining room but no one stopped to ask us if we needed anything or refills on our drinks and we were so upset and aggravated so we decided to just leave and then when we were at the register to pay the bill the staff talked about us in Spanish to each other which me and my friend both understood what they said about us being ” gay ” which i guess since it was two men having lunch together we are supposed to be ” gay ” and we said something to the cashier about how bad our service was and i had to repeat myself twice to her and my friend said ” didn’t u just hear what he said? ”she acted like she didn’t speak English which she did cuz we heard her speaking English a few mins before hand and then two male employees and the owner/manager or whoever he was came over to the register area and we were trying to explain to him about the food and our server and he gave us attitude as well and kept over talking us…I wont be back and I will make sure I tell my friends and family about how me and my friend were treated! if this is how u treat ur customers then u don’t need to be in the restaurant business! i was so upset i just walked out and my friend stayed there having words with the ” staff ” about how we were treated and i am still very upset that we were treated that way when all we did was go to have a nice lunch and then i called back to explain what happened and to ask why were were treated like that i was hung up on not once but two times when i tried to call…i use to love this restaraunt but now i dont and i wont ever go back to this one in franklin because how they treated me and my friend was pathetic and horrible which is shocking to me because i have been to this restaraunt many times before and was always given good service but those times i was with female friends but i guess since i was with a male friend then we are seen as being ” gay ” and treated like we shouldnt be there or dont deserve to be served and treated with disrespect and then talked about by the staff for voicing our concerns on food that wasnt up to the standards of the restaraunt or menu and that were paying for and for getting bad service.this is 2013 and u would think people would be past all of the prejudice and hatred towards other people and concidering they are mexican and im sure have had to deal with that same kind of prejudice like a lot of people of other races and cultures have had and still have to put up with from close minded ignorant people and that’s why i find it shameful that they can treat certian customers and guests in their restaraunt that way based on what they think they may or may not be?
Fantastic as always!!!. Had a wonderful experience as usual….I’m in and out of restaraunts all day long and this by far is one of my favorites!!!the food is always great and the staff and management are always personal and attentive. I love going in and being treated like family!!! Keep up the great work guys… Road curbs and all I will find a way to continue giving you my business!
Fantastic. 1st, the waiters were superb. Took care of my every need. I usually sit outside but the inside is clean and well kept.The food. OMG!!! Terrific. I especially love their Mole sauce. I have traveled the US and lived 5 years in San Antonio. This fits perfectly. However I would say it’s a higher end Mexican Cuisine. Prices were very fair and not over the top.Can’t go wrong with this place!
Almost perfect. Even with the packed house we were greeted with a table and fresh chips with salsa. The menu has all of the essential Mexican American offerings, as well as some newer additions which I recently sampled. In particular the Burrito California was superb – The meat was tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the portion size substantial. The drink prices weren’t overly appealing, but I have yet to dine during happy hour – and it is hardly a complaint considering the attentive and speedy service, the good eats, and overall great experience.
I just moved to the area and all I wanted was some tamales just like used to get back home. The service was great and the wait was quick and to top it off the tamales were very good! Give this place a try it is worth it.
