  Sadness :(. Baskin-Robbins is always yummy, who doesn’t love ice cream and donuts? This establishment is the worst ever!! The employees in there never understand what I’m saying and they ALWAYS mess up the order!!! I went to get a cake for fathers day and haha listen to this I HAD TO DECORATE THE CAKE MYSELF! I mean I made the cake look cute, but when I told the lady what cake I wanted in the picture book, it didn’t say #1dad on it so I asked the lady to write it on there for me. She did not really say anything to me she just shook her head no and handed me a icing writing utensil and embarrassed while I wrote on the cake while the other customers stared. :,(

  I used to love Baskin Robbins as a kid! When the first & last time I went into this one they just stood there & didn’t say squat w/out even a smile of course?! Unfortunantly I ordered some sort of coffee iced drink which I should walked out when I wasn’t even greeted! I’m paying $$ for this on top of the language barrier?! The topper when I asked fir s cup of water as well she wanted to charge me 50 cents?! I said you got to be kidding me & walked out she tried to relunctantly give it to me free! I said forget it & know I won’t be back! I dont understand how they remain open I rarely see any other cars there as other people have said the place is worthless.. Save your time & $$$!

  Better Customer Service Needed. I was unhappy with my overall experience at this store with my children and there is a major language barrier. Not worth the money to go through this again. Will not go back.
