Gahanna Heaven!. First, this is a burger joint. You have to try the BEANIE BURGER with onion rings! It is very tasty and All-American as you can get! No idea why they serve anything else and there is really no need to. Never had a bad Beanie Burger.

Our waitress was excellent and we throughly enjoyed the experience.25 May, 2014I tried the Ruben recently and it was fantastic – melt in your mouth corned beef and grilled to perfection. I love the burgers here too and the fries can’t be beat. The service was excellent with a friendly, attentive waitress. I also recommend the spicy shrimp served on crispy baked zucchini as an appetizer – wow! Everything tastes fresh and made to order. I love the friendly atmosphere and the outside patio area too. Try this Gahanna institution for lunch / dinner, you won’t be sorry.
Yuck. First experience lasting…….. I was served chicken wings refried from the day before …….crunchy all the way to bone (where’s the chicken)???? The fries was cooked in old dirty grease. How can you mess up wings and fries basic meal? The person I dined with whole meal soaked in oil not able to eat. We left the restaurant hungry. Disappointed that no management visited our table I will not be returning. TIP……,,,, clean your establishment up not clean felt creepy the whole time in there guess If I was drinking I could have over looked !
Very disappointed.. How can you go wrong by ordering chicken wings??? Wings re-fried maybe from night before, old, hard, spoiled taste, and smelled foul. $15 seafood platter fried cod tasteless more than likely came of of a bag or box, 3 jellybean soaked with oil fake scallops, 6 fried shrimp that clearly came out of a box! Oils soaked onion rigs, fries tasted like fried in old grease…ARE YOU SERIOUS??!? Poor service, food delivered had to find waitress to complain about chicken and to check out. After I complained sat there for another 20 minutes….Being a resident of Gahanna I want to put money into the community ..Gahanna Grill will not be a place I will be doing this…..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
1st time visitors, hopefully not our last. We visited Gahanna Grill for the first time ever on Saturday afternoon during the OSU game. We decided to split two meals – the much acclaimed Beanie Burger and the Italian Sub. The Beanie Burger was amazingly think and juicy, although I didn’t actually care for the cole slaw and the bacon could have been slightlyt more crisp. But overall, it was definitely as good as advertised. The Italian Sub was a bit of last minute choice, but was equally as good. All of the meat was extremely tender and the dressing/lettuce/peppers/tomatos were all good. I would have maybe preferred a slightly thicker bread so it wasn’t soggy as quickly. Lastly, the french fries were incredible and a must have.
Worst food I’ve eaten in a while. Our first batch of fries was cold, so we asked for new ones and got a scowl from our waiter. The blue cheese hamburger was disgusting and tasted incredibly fatty. The cole slaw looked like cat food. Do not waste your money here. Wendy’s burgers are better.
