Went here with coworkers for lunch today and we were really impressed. Their quiche is the best I have ever had.. tons of cheese and veg and, most importantly, bacon. Annie was super excited because she hasn’t had quiche in years because of the gluten and it turns out.. EVERYTHING is gluten free including the quiche! Would have never known. Had it with their Hawaiian coffee.. strong but not bitter, didn’t expect such good coffee from a tea place. Best part.. dessert of course. Seriously the best macaroon in Columbus and I have had them all.. very flavorful, tastes like what it’s supposed to, crispy shell, soft chewy center.. perfect! Coworkers loved everything they had as well. Also nice that it is a large space so you can get away to a more private corner if you want to talk work politics. Owner took great care of us too. Great experience all around, we’re going to make it a weekly stop!
Great after-work destination. ‘Met my friend at Koko’s tea salon in Gehanna, OH after she finished work. I was visiting family in Newark, and the tea salon was a simple drive from rural Newark to the more urban Gehanna. The teas were lovely, and the cupcakes were fantastic. ‘Had to take a red velvet one back for my mom, as well as 2 strawberry ones for later snack attacks…. The prices were quite reasonable:my friend and I had 4 pots of tea and 2 cupcakes for less than $25.00.
