HORRIBLE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. A few years ago, I visited Mr. Wok and ordered sweet and sour chicken with onion. I was told I could not have onion so I walked out without ordering. Fast forward about 3 years thinking maybe their onion policy might have changed, I went in and asked the lady behind the counter if I wanted onions with my order and payed extra could I get them and she said yes. I left with a carryout menu with plans to return at a later date. Yesterday I went in and the same lady was at the counter looking very evil. She did not greet me in any way. No smile, no hello, just an evil glare. I asked what vegetables came with the sweet and sour chicken and she said no vegetables. (I have never heard of a chicken dish without vegetables at a Chinese restaurant) I asked if I could add onions and she said no. I told her that I came in earlier and she had said I could. The answer was still no. I walked out and traveled down the street to China Express where all the staff greeted me with smiles and a hello and I also got my onions! Mrs. Wok has a chopstick up her a** and I am not sure why.
By reading the reviews it sounds as if i was @ another place.. the pepper steak had a shortage of meat BuT of course lots of filler of onion & green pepper & literally told HiM i want MEAT plz dont skimp & if this is the pleasant guy ppl R talkN about.. i have a diff def of pleasing a new customer.. aka acted like doing ME a fav & that isnt kool dealing W/business & paying for that overall crap.. the house fried wasnt even well mentioning! the decor of this place matches how it is drab & nothing appealing! @ least update the 30 yr old looking signs of the dishes on the wall! ‘ it doesnt matter B/C i wont B in again! just saying..as in NOthing good!
We got the hot and sour soup and sesame chicken for takeout- both were delicious but we really loved the soup. The fried rice was average. The value was excellent though and we will definitely come back!
Quality food for too cheap. $5 for a good portion of Sesame Chicken w/ Fried Rice and a can of pop? It’s a steal, and I’d recommend dropping at least $1 into the tip jar.
My FAVORITE place in town!. I have been going to this place literally for a decade. The food is always freshly made to order. The chicken in the General Tso’s is literally still crunchy (which is a hard to find quality). The lunch specials are fabulous! For around $5 you get an entree, pork fried rice and your choice of soup. Everyone that I have taken hear (and believe me, over the years it’s been many) have always loved the food too. The decor/outside appearance is less than desirable, but don’t let that turn you away from this gem of a restaurant.

GREAT food!!. The singapore noodles are the best in town – flavorful, spicy and full of shrimp, pork and chicken. Somehow it seems to procreate in the carryout container – we never seem to be able to empty it!! The bonus is getting to hear the proprietor scream the order to the cooks. I have been going there for probably 10 years now and the food comes fresh and in large portions.
