Great wine selection with very low corkage fee. Great food, wonderfull atmosphere, good service, the owner is great. Must try this place if you haven’t. It reminded us of being in Napa, CA.

Delightful Dinner at the Wine Guy!!!. Our family had an absolutely wonderful evening at the Gahanna Wine Guy tonight! We went for the twin lobster special and were not disappointed! Two of us requested the cheese/grits cake in place of asparagus. Apparently the kitchen wanted to make sure we ate our vegetables because they plated the asparagus along with the requested grits, scalloped potatoes and lobster! It was all just perfection. We chose to have Uvaggio Moscato with our dinners and it was a perfect match. Finished off with coffee and the chocolate lava cake. What an evening! Thank you so much to the Deckers for this gem in Gahanna!
LOVE LOVE LOVE. This has been one of my favorite places to dine for quite some time now. Between the wine, food, service, and environment, I can’t get enough!
Very disappointing. Four of us dined here. The wine flight was fine, but that was the best part of the meal. Our meals were all less than satisfactory – salmon way over done, raw, cold thin sliced potatoes, one salad had no dressing or cheese, tilapia appeared to be deep fried, chicken marasala was a little dry and our server (two – one was leaving early) did not explain the menu items at all. We will not return – very over-priced and a huge disappointment.
We visited this restaurant for the first time last night and have nothing but great things to say about it! The wine flights were very fun. The food was delicious (get the scallops). And the atmosphere was chic and cozy. We will definitely go back…and take some friends with us next time!
