Don’t Shop Here! Bad Customer Service!. I ordered holiday cookies from this bakery thru ETSY. I ordered on Nov 11 for cookies to arrive by Dec 12 and told seller that I needed them for a holiday party. Cookies arrived after my holiday party and I had to spend additional money to replace them. Seller agrees they arrived three days late and tracking proves it also. I nicely requested a refund because I no longer have a use for $3 cookies since seller missed the deadline. Her response was no that she wouldn’t take a loss on the order and actually told me to find another use for them and that I should expect 2 weeks for delivery. My question to her is if I ordered one month in advance why didn’t you send them two weeks prior to my date if two weeks were expected for delivery. She still refuses to refund. Bad customer service!
