You don’t need to be from Texas to know the food here needs a serious do over. The soft tacos were made with corn tortillas that were extremely oily. I had oil drippin down my hand the moment I picked it up. It took a long time to get the food out. Granted there were only two people working, it still was not very crowded. What puzzles me is that tacos like that take no time to make, and when I got them, they were room temperature as if they had been sitting out for awhile. I had the medium spicy tomatillo salsa which was decent. The white queso dip for tortilla chips had a thick film on the surface and was room temperature also as if it had been sitting out. It was an overall negative experience.
