Humanely raised, locally sourced and delicious. I was there today for the toast bar – yes, a toast bar. If you haven’t tried this, consider it! What’s not to like about this place? Great breads, wonderful pastries, good coffee. The milk, eggs and meat are humanely raised and locally sourced. And if that is not enough, there is a bread make in part of einkorn! YUM!
