Not a good atmosphere. Manager yells, degrades, and has abusive attitude towards staff on the floor. He sat in a booth behind me complaining how bad his staff is to customers. He stated that he has never fired anyone, they just leave. No wonder why with his abusive attitude. My El Dorado omelet and home fries were flavorless, lacked the basics of salt and pepper. Then I realized fried inside my omelet was paper. Manager never came to table, he was too busy complaining about his staff. They took 10% off for the omelet, oh wow. I complained to the manager as I checked out. He states it’s how it is, if you don’t like it don’t come back. A feminine hygiene product does not even come close to describing this man. His staff needs to go to Ohio State Attorney General and file for his abusive attitude towards them. No one should be degraded like he does his staff. By the staffs reactions, you can tell this little man had been abusive to them for some time. This man is a stain on Grove City. By other reviews, this man is proud that he can get away with abusing his staff.
