There is better Thai Food around…. Food was just ok, nothing special . There are other places around here to get better authentic Thai food. We had the peanut curry-was very thick and not spicy at all..On a positive note everyone was very friendly that worked there!
Excellent food! Had chicken pad Thai. Very light and flavorful (as noted by another reviewer). Highly recommend. Conveniently located. Service is wonderful and with a warm smile. This is definately going to become another neighborhood favorite for us!
Awesome thai delivery. Called the restaurant at 8:50pm and asked if they deliver. The lady said they do but they close at 9pm. I figured I was out of luck. I had to get the whole family’s order so I asked if I can call back in 5 min. and place an order. They said sure! Placed the order and didn’t expect the food to taste all that great, probably just because it would loose some character in the time that it takes to deliver. We had one person who is a strict vegetarian, one that only eats chicken and me who eats it all. The food was simply awesome. ALL of it. Spring rolls, vege lo mein, hot and sour soup, phad thai etc. Lets just take the phad thai….I’ve made it plenty of times and had it at dozens of different restaurants. Its somewhat difficult to cook and what a lot of inexperienced chef’s will do is load up the wok with peanut oil. Its actually an art to make phad thai thats flavorful and light (not a lot of oil). Great casual dinner place. This restaurant is clean with a soothing decor. It is not your typical strip mall fare. The food is delicious and fresh–I highly recommend the curry puffs appetizer. The pad thai is classic–it’s hot so beware!
To Die For. Unfortunately with the location of this restaurant, not many people have tried this restaurant. Just recently ownership has changed, and the Thai restaurant is now called Bangkok Express. The food is still delicious. And the atmosphere is very elegant. Carry out and delivery is an option. The staff is very polite and courteous. Dishes are not expensive, and the quality is impressive. I highly recommend this fine restaurant. One of the only places with excellent Thai cuisine in the area.
