TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I ordered chicken pad Thai and beef pad Thai for take out. When we got home and tried it, it tasted burnt. We have had pad Thai many many times and know what it should and should not taste like. We called the restaurant to tell them and they told us the chef tries it all before it goes out. Basically they told us we were wrong, nothing was wrong with it. We went back to the restaurant. They told us we could not have our money back but when we just asked for new Pad Thai they would not do that either. We just left the burnt pad Thai with them and left. There goes $25!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
