Decided to take the family to Big Art’s Sunday – Big disappointment! We watched 5 tables who arrived after us eat their food while we waited. When we asked to change our order to go, they said they would bring it out on plates and we could put it in the containers ourselves. When the food arrived, it was cold and looked horrible. We paid and left the food on the table. The experience was so bad that it made me write this review. Don’t waste your time with this place!
I first stopped there at around 2pm and should have known not to come back when the sign said they opened at 3pm and I didn’t smell any smoke. I asked for their signature item and she said ribs, so I went with that. Extremely disappointed! Ribs were BAKED with a tasteless barbecue sauce, baked beans were from a can and not even a good brand. I love good barbecue and was ready to give this place a chance, but I would never recommend this food to anyone and will never go there again.
