The good: Burgers were good. The appetizer was Craft Beer Cheese and Pretzels and was delicious. Price was not bad.The bad: My daughter’s meal, Kids Mac & Cheese, was literally Kraft Mac & Cheese from a box, and not even the Velveeta kind. She was so disappointed… The parking lot had ZERO open spots, causing us to drive around until someone left, but somehow there were plenty of open tables? Not only is that wierd but off-putting.I’m not in a hurry to go back, but I’m not writing it off, either. It was okay…

The burger was great with size, texture and flavor. We had the double and it is large enough to split and so we did. They accident ly delivered cheese fries which would have been better with some bacon bits. Enjoyed the games on the televisions too.
Cole Slaw. We love the burgers, pulled pork & fries, etc. The cole slaw is not very tasty . They should try a slaw dressing like Marzetties; it’s delicious! The employees are great too!
Maybe stick to burgers?. The beer-battered onion rings were overcooked to a very dark brown and were unpleasant. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was awful. The romaine was old and tough. I ended up just picking out the chicken and croutons. The dressing was tasty. My husband’s smothered chcicken sandwich was tasty, though the bun disintegrated almost right away.

They Got It Right!!!!. They totally NAILED the remodel and re-branding (Burger Bistro) of the original blue hair joint this place use to be. The place looks AMAZING!! Bright, Fresh, Modern. I have been a handful of times now and have tried a decent amount from the menu. Everything I have had I would get again. The wings may be one thing I am not sure of that I have had. When I got them they tasted more like charcoal than they did smoke. There was like a black dusting on them which doesn’t seem right. Would be curious to know how they smoke things. The fish is fantastic, the burgers are good, Reuben was good, the apps are all good. Everything they use appears to be fresh which is awesome. Too many people try to short cut with processed frozen foods. So far I have not witness this there. I have a feeling this place will do VERY well. Great atmosphere for dinner or just hanging out. The parking is the biggest down side to going there.
