Due to a faulty pager, I was never notified when my food was ready. The manager refused to refund my money. I looked on the BBB website and it shows a complaint (not mine) from three months ago that the store never responded to. I filed my own complaint there. I just had a party for my 1year old here today,never have I had a worst time,I didnt get my food until 15 min. before the party was about to end,and it look old and greasy,The manger had a police office (when did chucky cheese need a uniformed officer?)stand at my childs table (that I spent $250 on)while she(the manger) looked up to see if my 73year old grandmother paid for her salad(because she had a different plate) Who was watching the door? This place is a joke.
