Pretzels and beer cheese were awesome, with a little spice. I’m a ketchup Nazi and refuse to eat nothing but Heinz 57, I actually enjoyed the 78 Red spicy ketchup. My wife had the el paso burger and I had the Oktoberfest burger. Both amazing!
I’m always a fan when a burger place provides turkey and veggie burger options. I’d eat her again.
I went to Flipdaddy’s for the $5 Burger Week special. Not surprisingly it was busy. I sat at the bar and the young lady who was bar tending totally ignored me. After waiting for quite some time while the younger customers were being taken care of I finally got her attention to order a beer. I later had to do the same to order food. The burger was OK but nothing out of the ordinary. They do have a decent beer selection. I won’t be going back though because of the terrible service.
Really good!. My husband and I finally made it to Flipdaddy’s this week and were pleasantly surprised. I had seen mixed reviews here but it really was good. The list of beer on tap is extensive and I tried a few tastes before deciding on something. We split the pretzel and beer cheese appetizer and it was great. The cheese had a little kick to it, and the pretzels were like savory donut holes – so good. We both really enjoyed our burgers as well – juicy and flavorful, and the french fries were top notch. We will be back!
Bland, tasteless burgers. Walked into an empty restaurant and got seated next to a table full of screaming kids and adults taking about what they’ve found in diapers. Appetizing, to say the least. Not that the content was the fault of the hostess, but I’ve never been someplace that would distribute people around a bit in an empty joint. Tap selection was uninspired. Everything there could be bought in a local grocery store and in mid May they were still serving heavy winter beers. Burger was under seasoned and dry and generally quite disgusting, bun was nice and soft though. Fries were obviously out of a freezer bag. The service was prompt and friendly and the place was spotlessly cleaned. There was the odd placement of a wheelchair bound patron blocking the restrooms. Again, mostly empty place. To sum up this place I would call it vastly overrated. I certainly wouldn’t drive past a red robin to go there.
Paddy. I just had lunch their for the first time. I had a great local beer and a fantastic burger. My wife was just as impressed. I had the Chuck Norris burger and it was one of the best I’ve had. That includes the chain restaurants as well as places like Sammy’s in Blue Ash. The fries were also good. My wife had the French Connection and although I love Boursin (spelling) cheese, it had just a bit too much on it. Her sweet potato fries were so good. It was like going to a carnival.Great service, great beer selection and fantastic food. I’ll be back!
Overpriced not very good burgers. Tries to cover up a low quality burger with fancy toppings. If you want a delicious, reasonable priced burger go to cheeseburger cafe on Montgomery road!
