Quite frankly, my experience at Golden Corral Colerain was a nightmare come true. Unlike the well-managedGolden Corral location at Symmes, at the Colerain restaurant diners were wandering around and almost bumping into one another in their disappointing effort to find the food they were looking for. I was part of the crowd wanting a fried chicken wing. When I finally managed to get the attention of the kitchen employee stocking the troughs to ask if he would have any wings coming out, he curtly replied that what you see is what you get. At that point, I finally gave up, returned to the cashier to abandon plate and request a refund before leaving hungry and in despair. To their credit, however, they did promptly issue a full refund no-questions-asked; they knew!All Golden Corrals are not alike. Management matters.

Their food was cold, not fresh I saw a cook put a cup of water in spaghetti sauce an stir it up to try an make fresh again. The food was so bad after I ate a couple bites me and my husband felt like we were gonna puke. If you like your food bland an unfriendly workers this is the place to go.

NO CHICKEN LEGS. No CHICKEN LEG ,they raised the price because of steak and the steak is tough and ribs are too fatty and they cut back on chicken legs . I was told that they did buy legs by the box ,but was told to quit. Now the chicken is cut leg and thigh together. COME ON! We like chicken LEGS. The salad bar and the vegies are great but give us back our chicken LEGS.
