Used To Be Good But Not Anymore. We have been customers of this neighborhood restaurant for many years but no more. This place used to be good but has definitely deteriorated recently. Prices are higher, portions are smaller, and service has gotten worse. They have online ordering which never works correctly. The last order we placed for carry out was not packed correctly and all of the sauce ran out into the bag. It was a total mess. They gave us a hard time just to give us a partial credit, and we are long time customers who have never had a complaint before. I used to love this place so it is extremely disappointing for me but I will not be going there again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing I am writing here.
Always wonderful. I have been going to Golden Dragon for over 5 years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always friendly. Delivery can be slow on busy days but considering the size of the staff and restaurant they certainly do the best they can. I always recommend this restaurant to those looking for a satisfying meal!
Just really good. I must say that Golden Dragon is hands down my favorite chinese take-out place. Granted I don’t try many of them, but why when we’ve had such great experiences at Golden Dragon? Service is always friendly, food is always hot and tasty, and they have some amazing egg rolls.To top it off, I find that this place is pretty darn clean. That is one of the drawbacks of getting chinese food, and why most people get takeout I think. They serve alcohol, and the interior is far above the typical take-out place.
Horrible Service. I’d review your food, but you refused to deliver to us, even though we’re only 2.4 miles away from your restaurant. Not only that, your associates were rude to us on the phone. Shame too, we were looking for a new regular spot for Chinese food. Any suggestions from the peanut gallery?

We always take good care of our Customer as best as we could, and i saw your review today and I feel really sorry. I checked with my employee and understand that we were very busy on June 10 and we don’t have enough person on the floor, and we might oversee your problem. Please accept our sincere apology and hope you will give us another try. We will be more than happy to make your food again as a token of appreciation.
Unhappy diner. Seated late on a friday after a packed dinner service.no clean tables floor a mess.we ordered two entrees two eggrolls two teas and one shrimp thai soup.the eggrolls were good but the empress chicken was less than average no spiceyness just a mucky sauce over super dry meat.my wife’s chicken with vegetables very plain another mucky sauce few veggies.the overly salty and spicy soup was unedible,.hostess not willing to make amends.every thing ala cart bill was $35.say what!? not be going back anytime soon.
