Haven’t been there in a while, but was craving falafel and hummus late at night, so decided to see if Lat’s kitchen was still open. It was late, but they agreed to make the Mediterranen platter, with a smile. It was awesome–hummus, falafel, pita, kalamatas (not the crappy black ones), tahini sauce, pickled veg (awesome!), etc. Decent portion for the price, and tasted authentic and fresh. Only thing I’d change is to spice up the falafel!
A nice little spot for Anderson Township. This place offers a pretty diverse menu with a focus on burgers, flatbreads and vaguely Mediterranean dishes. The burgers can be customized with a variety of toppings including fresh mozzarella, short rib and gotta. We found the burgers pretty tasty. I especially appreciated the buns. I believe they are made in-house with a soft but substantial texture that held up well to the juicy burger. The fries were very crispy but a bit oversalted. Overall a good meal, especially if you find yourself in Anderson.
Delzotti Torpedo. Pepper medley was good, bread/sausage was tough to bite through; making it messy. Toasted roll (+) but it seemed generic. Web site claims locally sourced foods, and as I know 99% of breads are locally made, this roll did not seem to be of any artisan quality. Glad I got this $11 menu item on a Monday when it was on special for $6.99. For that, it was a decent value. If I’d paid full price, I would have been more perturbed.
Great Food. Horrible Server.. I tried Latitudes for the first time a few weeks ago with my girlfriends. We were there on a Saturday huddled in a nice cozy booth which was great for conversation until the band began warming up and it was impossible to hear each other. The music seems a little too loud for a relatively small place. THE GOOD: The food was excellent! My girls and I ended up sharing some various appetizers such as the short rib nan and hummus. We loved the martinis and mixed drinks! Perfect!THE BAD: Our server was really cold and distant. Not welcoming at all and was slow. I think the only time she smiled is when she dropped off the bill. She didn’t dress as classy as the rest of the servers as she was sporting cleavage that would have fit better at Hooters. She was a little full of herself. In short, great place and atmosphere. Wonderful food and drinks. On my next visit I will make sure that I don’t get the same server.
This place used to be good when they had a tapas menu. Now its just another bland burger joint with terrible specialty drinks.
Fresh and delicious. The salad was fresh greens with a light delicious balsamic dressing. I order the speical grilled salmon. very fresh hot and tasty. Will deffenly go back
Latitudes…don’t go there. The food is really mediocre; as well as the ambience and service. Our dinner experience was less than…I would not return, even for a beer. Thank you.
