  My husband and I stopped here to eat luch Dec 17th, at about 1 . We ordered soup and salad do not know the waiters name but anyway he brought our soup and salad no breadsticks so I asked do we get breadsticks his reply was in oven be right out. Well needless to say we never got any breadsticks and we were suppose to get endless salad and breadsticks all I can say is thanks for the breadsticks we never got!!!!!!!!!!

  Consistently bad experiences. I have had several bad experiences with this location over the last year. I order food to go, recently I have been getting pasta that is not thoroughly cooked. Today I stopped in to place an order to go, where normally I phone ahead. I waited for someone to be able to come and take my to-go order for more than 15 minutes, while four other people were standing there talking about taking their daughters bowling. Once I had decided to leave, I was asked by one of the loiterers if I didn’t find anything that I thought would be good. We called back over our shoulder we normally find everything tasty, too bad that no one could take our order. I don’t know what is wrong in this location, but they seriously need to take a look at their operations and make some changes to the way they are doing business in order to improve the customer experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Standard O.G. Fare. Consistent food (nothing outstanding). Decent service (actually friendly and considerate). Can’t speak about prior location (as other reviewers), however, this location is nicer than the Tri-County area location… (that location smells like mold).

  Great menu and service. But i think $4.65 is a little much for a 20 oz bud light draft beer–next time i willdrink a glass of good old ice water–not beingcheap but just being reasonable

  Pleasently surprised. I normally don’t go to chains, but had a gift card. While it was busy we had a 10 minute wait in the bar area, just enough time to have a glass of wine. Service was prompt, food was good. To be honest I won’t be back because it is not my kind of italian food, but for those who like a bit more generic, family friendly, I’d recommend it.

  Mrs J M lane. My husband and I had dinner at your restaurant this evening with another couple. It was our first time for this location. We arrived 15 minutes early and were going to get seated at a table, it was 3:45 PM. It was suggested to us to wait until 4PM until the shift change before being seated. We waited in the front area and were handed menus to look over. We were seated at exactly 4PM and handed menus with much higher prices as the first menus were evidently lunch prices. We then realized that if we had been seated 15 minutes earlier we would have saved around $3 dollars on each of our meals. I don’t mind paying the dinner price but I felt very ripped off at the way we were convinced to wait. The other couple agreed that we were tricked into waiting the few extra minutes. Shame on you as we are all elderly people living on a fixed income. We have another gift card yet to use or we would probably not come back.
