I frequent this Outback restaurant with my son’s a lot. Mostly lunches so I cannot comment on dinners at this time.Once again we had lunch, three family members, and here’s my summary:Door greeting has always been warm and friendly Our server, Brandy, was nothing less than excellent!! Cheerful, customer focused but in a nice friendly way and not one that was just at work. And, Brandy made it s point to check on our table, our food and our drinks. She made lunch pleasant from the get go!Food was fresh, eye appealing and had great taste. We had burgers and chicken sandwich and all great. My Outback burger was Food Network DDD style and taste!Ok, the one thing that could improve is getting our food. Probably little longer than need for a lunch but I’ll accept that for the excellent meals we hadRestaurant is always clean and servers always seem customer focused For a national chain restaurant this would be up on my listLike I mentioned lunch is an A+ but have no idea on dinnersWorth the try
Quality was good, as usual. You know what to expect. They pour a nice drink here as well, you get your money’s worth. I certainly would come back. Call ahead seating is also a nice option.

My son and I were in the restaurant and was totally disappointed. It took 40 min. to receive our salad, and we were in there an 1 1/2 hours and I took my food home because of long wait. Service was horrible.
It has gone downhill the steaks are tough. Incan eat almost anything; I did not finish my steak. Please, don’t make the mistake and go to Outback.
