Ordered one icecream sandwich , one lemonade and a veggie black bean small sandwich. Icecream sandwich was quite filling and enjoyable and surprisingly the cookies on top were quite crispy as I was hoping them to get soggy or moist as they had covered icecream. Veggie sub was too good.one of the best I had so far in mason. It was perfect to my taste and as I had requested.
Good sandwich. Step above subway.. Lots of sandwich shops these days. Some better than others. This place is on the good side of the middle of the pack. Bread was good, lots of free toppings. Plenty of meat. The bread did get a little soggy and just seemed a little bland. Overall, I would go back again and maybe get something different.

Have you been here before If no,theyll train on how their system works…Grab a bag with the number that corresponds with your specific meat (or vegetarian) preference from the menu, grab a red felt marker from the supply well to check boxes on the bag to specify everything else you want to customize your order, write your name on the bottom of the bag (be creative, keeping in mind theyll call the name when your order is ready to pick up).The result? A delicious sandwich (or wrap or bowl) loaded just as you specified. Friendly service, flexible menu featuring quality ingredients, and great quality/price ratio. This is not just another sub shop.

Stay away from the Wich!!. To sum it up, they messed up order and we were about the leave and eat somewhere else, until they offered to make order sandwiches for free. Though we were annoyed with the time we had wasted, we appreciated the offer and took them up on it.The next day they contacted us (had our contact info from our online ordering fiasco) and insisted we email them (or leave on their voice mail since they don’t ever answer their phone) with our credit card info to pay for our order. Emily (who wasn’t even at the store when we were offered our sandwiches at no charge to compensate for their error) implied we were running some sort of scam and lying about being comp’d the sandwiches. Even after we explained what had happened, she insisted we come back in and pay for the sandwiches. We were ready to leave the day they messed up our order and ONLY stayed and got these sandwiches b/c they were offered for free.My husband is going in to pay for our order in cash (no way we’re giving these folks our credit card info!), however we will NEVER order food from this place again. They must be pretty desperate for $$ to call us and make up a story to get us to come back in and pay for what was offered at no charge.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place to avoid the headaches that will likely come your way!!
