Excellent Italian in a small town. This is an excellent Italian restaurant. You’ll spend more than you would at your local Olive Garden but it is well worth the extra price. It was late so we shared an appetizer and a plate of baked manicotti and it was more than enough. The service was equally as good.
Wonderful !. We stopped there for dinner coming back from Wheeling. It was our first time there. We LOVED everything about this restaurant! The decor is beautiful! The ambience is great! The food was incredible! Our server, Brittany, was very informative and cheerful! The wait time for our food was normal amount of time. I don’t know how any of the other reviewers could find anything wrong with this fine establishment! The cannoli my son had for dessert was one of the best he has ever had! We hope to return the next time we travel this way! Obviously, we highly recommend this restaurant !
Dinner tonight. 2013 – Your other reviews are a put off. Tonight the steak and the scallops were very good. The service was fine and we had no complaints at all.
Don’t waste your time. I have been here twice and both time it was a similar experience. Slow service, uninspired food and terrible customer service. Most recently we waited 25 minutes to get drinks, only to have the waiter not ask us if we were ready to order and walk away immediatley. We had to go get the hostess who took our order. Our waiter forgot everything we asked for , such as drink refills, extra dressing etc. People were served things they did not order, mashed potatoes and snap peas were on the cool side of lukewarm and a pizza was served with two slices out of it because it was dropped. When we complained for the second time the hostess said she would talk to the owner, who did not bother to step out and talk to us or apologize. It then took them another 30 minutes to bring the checks and when she did, said I hope you change your minds and decide to try Spagna again. No apology to the table, (they did take off the tab for the cheese and pep calzone that contained anchovies and sausage and the pizza that was not intact.)Ambience seems good – but we were on the patio, there was no light or candles at the tables and we couldn’t even see our food. The cost of the entree’s compared with the quality of food and quality of service make this restatraunt a terrible choice.
2 Thumbs Up!. If I had more thumbs, I’d raise them too! Great food, great atmosphere…like I said, 2 thumbs up!The chocolate chip cheesecake hit the spot!
Nice outdoor ambiance; good Italian food, friendly servers- a good choice if visiting Marietta.
