Went here a few weeks ago. Service was awful. Staff was unable to handle a large group. I had to basically tell the waitress what our tickets were. The food itself was average. I sense that ownership and management is lacking extremely. I would not recommend dining here. When I voiced my issues I was turned away from the staff. Tried to reach out to ownership and was ignored after several calls and emails.

What a party!. We went to their Halloween bash this wknd–brought quite a few of our friends with us and still managed to get our drinks quickly! The music was great (LOVE Cadillac Lester) and the servers were friendly. In a busy place like that? Not always the case. We will be back for a show again very soon.
It’s nice. Been there a few times and all has been well. We avoid busy times cause it can get crowded and the decibel level climbs very high. We watch what we order and we are not the burgers and fries type people when going there, so have not had a bad meal yet.
The food is really good with the exception of the fries. I’ve had them twice and they are really bad. Everything else has been great though…
Wonderful Experience. I cannot say enough about The Galley and Adelphia Music Hall! My wife and I decided to drive over from Parkersburg to try something different for our night out. Let me tell you this place knows how to entertain! Our experience started from the minute we walked in the door, the hostess was full of smiles and very welcoming. Our service was prompt and polite and very educated on the menu, I ordered off the feature menu and had a spectacular piece of wolf fish. My wife had a delicious steak and spinach salad with a glass of Caymus. We then enjoyed a concert in the Adelphia Music Hall and after a few glasses of wine and beer we discovered there was a hotel upstairs. The Hackett was such a unique experience and great place to stay. We cant believe that we had not heard of this venue before! Anyway a great place for dinner, a show and nights stay, we would highly recommend it to all our friends.
The food is good but be prepared to wait. The service is horrible and they are incredibly slow!!! I’ve come twice and I will never dine in again. During this experience, we had the pleasure of listening to the wait staff bicker with each other. Not the pleasant dinin atmosphere we were hoping for. Sorry, Galley. You’re done.
