This is one of my fave Mexican restaurants by far. Small place with the corniest decorations but food is great & cheap! Recommend the taco salad, chimichanga & do NOT leave without trying the cheese dip 😉
Whatever the name in Heath, Ohio. I can think of several names this restaurant has, in Heath, had. We like it. The burrito Mexicano is a nice combination of flavors. Occasionally I will order other items and like them. The salsa is weak, the chips are so-so. This is the most authentically Mexican restaurant in the area. Having eaten here regularly for decades you would think we’d be recognized when we come in…not yet!
Decent Tex-mex. Dinner consisted of chips and salsa, a tamale, and their chile verde with refritos and rice. Chips were good and fresh. Salsa was a bit thin and too mild for my taste. Tamale was beef filled and had a good flavor and sauce, though the masa was a bit sodden.Chile verde was very good- well cooked pork in a tangy tomatillo sauce. Beans and rice were pretty standard, nothing special aboutnthem.Overall, a pretty decent meal at a very fair price.
