Discriminatory service. My two sisters and I decided to dine at Bonefish for an evening of catching up with each other. We were pleased to walk into a nicely packed house. We decided to get some drinks as we waited for our table. The bartender rolled her eyes at our conversation as we sidled up to the bar. She displayed obvious impatience when one sister changed her mind on a drink order. One of my sisters has social anxiety that makes her voice sound high and tight as she talks to people in public. The bartender made a face at her as she ordered her drink- then disappeared. My sister never got her drink. The manager of the restaurant approached us and asked us several questions about our dining experience. I thought she was going to offer us free appetizers. However, she finally got to the point and told us that the bartender was not comfortable serving my sister because she thought she was too intoxicated. Our sober and shocked faces were not the only ones looking at her. Other people around us looked as shocked and horrified as us. I could tell that the manager knew we were not intoxicated, but was cowed by the strong and negative personality of the bartender. We felt truly humiliated as people watched us leave the restaurant. Luckily we went to a trusted restaurant close by where we were welcomed with graciousness and kind customer service.
Terrible food and staff – Waited 30 minutes for food, had to send it back because the filet/lobster Thermidor tasted like a salt shaker was dumped on it. Got a replacement lobster tail that was barely cooked. Waited 20 minutes for the waitress to take our credit card. Overall a terrible experience.
Look no further… Go here!. Today was my first visit to the bonefish grill and it totally exceeded my expectations (why I’m here leaving a review!).. Billy was my waiter and he was extremely nice, informative, and very welcoming. My good was delivered quickly and the presentation was clean. I ordered lobster tail, corn chowder, strawberry salad, and side of quinoa. He wasn’t I’m my face constantly nor did he disappear, perfect amount if interaction.. Anyway, long story short you should come here. I’ll be returning.
The fish is never frozen. All the fish is fresh. meaning that the fish was never in the freezer! so how could it ever have freezer burn??? they get a new shipment in every day!! i on the other hand am obsessed with the salmon and asparagus salad!!

Always on Point. We visit this Bonefish location often. I have always had great food and great service. They really do a wonderful job with everything. Then to top it off, The Best Martinis ever!!! I have had many of the different flavors, my favorite is the pomegranate, it is unlike any other martini I’ve had. The salads are good, the bread is great , the various types of fish (really good) and the crab cakes are devine!
Bonefish is consistently one of the best chain restaurants around. I am not that big on going to chains, but the exception to that is Bonefish. I have been to all three locations in the cincinnati area and have never had a bad meal. The Bang Bang is awesome. The Kobe burger is one of the best in the city in my opinion(Yes I have had terry’s, zip’s, arthur’s, etc). The service has always been more than acceptable when I have gone. People will find things to hate on, and that’s fine. Hater’s gonna hate, and Tater’s gonna tate.
