Living in the area I enjoy Teller’s. Their happy hour is an amazing deal. The food is good, they have about 30 beers on tap. Lots of drink specials. I think people are expecting a fancy restaurant because of the area it’s in, when it’s really just a touch above casual.

Food is overpriced for what it is. Everyone in our party agreed the food is bland. The atmosphere is probably the only thing this restaurant has going for it anymore.

First time and last time there. Went there for a surprise birthday party and sat up on the upper level balcony. There was a water leak that was bad during a very rainy day. The service was excellent but the food was cold and most of the guests complained the food was not cooked well. Way too pricey for mediocre food. Won’t be back again.

Supported by Hyde Parkians but not me. I have not been here in years, I tried it again this past weekend. The staff is very friendly, and the food could be so much better than it actually is. It has potential. It is still very busy, all totally Hyde Park clientele from the looks of it, but the food is completely meh. The buffalo wrap appetizer had a nice sauce but the wrap and the meat tastes like it was frozen then microwaved. The wine selection is meh and overpriced. Tellers is for people who like to eat out but don’t really know good food in my opinion. Back to OTR restaurants, where the food and wine is high quality.

I find it somewhat disappointing because it could be so much better. Good ideas not carried out well. The menulacks focus and direction; the food lacks flavor.

The BBQ chicken pizza was awesome and service was really good late on a Monday night with not much of a crowd!
