Not the same as it was. I had delivery for a evening presentation. The driver did not unload the food onto the cart and offered very little to no assistance in getting the food to the conference room.Also, the delivery person never made any attempt to help set up food and only wanted to know if I was going to return the cart.I would expect that any delivery person would at least attempt to actually deliver the food and to set it up.Very poor service.Clearly not the same owners when they were located in Beachwood. Find someone else to order your food thru, you will certainly get better service.
