Good/Bad. Their pizza is pretty good, although their sauce is a tad on the acidic side for me. I think Angie’s has a better sauce and dough. All in all though, their pizza is way above average than most of the pizza places.One area that is a constant problem for this place is customer service. I have been to this place about 10 times. Now I don’t expect everyone to be chipper 100% of the time, but for the 10 times I’ve been to this place I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone smile or ask how I was doing. When I call on the phone I am sometimes met with a rude person taking my order just like when I come to pick up my pizza. Put another way, the mood isn’t light and friendly. I don’t know if that’s because it’s mostly high school/college guys working there or what, but a smile has never killed anyone guys! Lighten up!!

Best sheet pizza Anywhere. Had been going to the original Romito’s in Collinwood since the early 70’s. When it finally closed, we found this place and learned that at one time it was owned by the same family. More importantly, they used the same recipe for dough and sauce. Definitely order the sheet pizza…..thick chewy crust, homemade sausage, generous toppings. Very fairly priced…..a value really. You cannot say you have had the best pizza in town until you have tried Romitos.
Can Be the Best Pizza. Have eaten at Romito’s for years before moving down South. The best non-franchised pizza joint in Cleveland. Not the classiest place but the food is good and is owned and run by a young crowd. Great Value and Food for the whole family. Inquire about the Sheet Pizza for Large Families or Parties. Yes, you have to ask for it. Sheet Pizza like MaMa makes. Grazie Dante!
