Terrible!. Not only is the owner a creepy rude man, but the service is horrible. Everything is frozen to begin with and the best items they had on the menu were removed because he didnt want to pay the prices for them.. and speaking of prices.. its a dollar a wing! Hes too expensive for the location and bartender is lazy and just as rude as the owner. I hope someone else takes it over because the ONLY thing thats nice is the building!

New Great Food. We had a great time at Franks House with the new menu. The specialty drinks are great and the food was very tasty. We liked it so much we go back all the time!
Food is stale and frozen. My chicken was not only cold it was frozen in the center. The waitress told me the food is all frozen. Nothing is home made. Great place to eat. I live on 213 and we love eating at Franks. I love their Philly cheessteak. They make them just like they do in Philly! My husband loves their Kobe burgers. Yes, They have real Kobe Burgers. It is out of this world! We are so excited that they are expanding the restaurant. I can’t wait till they open in March! We will definatley be there!
