Disappointment. I’ve ordered insomnia cookies three times now and every time I have been disappointed. First of all the cookies are good, but they either arrive cold after hours of waiting OR they arrive semi-warm but shoved in a small styrofoam box so they are all crumbled and not in the shape of a cookie. I hate when I wait for an hour for my cookies and then they show up in a gooey ball and are a mess to eat. I will not be ordering them again.
