I have to say my favorite pizza is Cassano’s pizza and I have been having it for years. I am a pepperoni pizza purist. Up until tonight I have never had a bad pizza. Usually I go to the Cassano’s on Stroop since it is right around corner. Tonight I had great service as always, until called to complain about my pizza. I called the actual store, they told me to call the contact center. I called them, the first person hung up on me once I told them I had a problem with my pizza. The next person was really perky took care of my issue but made feel like I was trying to pull a fast one to get another pizza. She made sure to tell me that I needed to still have 75% of my pizza let and I have to hand over the cold, burned pizza once they delivered the new one. I have NEVER called to complain before and have been ordering from them for years. You would think that I would be treated better since I am sure they can see my past purchases. Would have given them a better rating but I am really disappointed in their service when there is a problem.
