Sushi. Master jason
Like eating in a Walmart!. We wanted to have some sushi today, so we stopped at Sima. Never ate here before, tried the lunch buffet. No prices listed. The sushi was picked over, they did not refill the whole time we were there. Bland. Then a very loud disrespectful woman brought her 2 babies in a highchair and began to talk very loudly and rudely to her boyfriend, they picked over the sushi and when the 2 toddlers cried for food to eat, she began to beat them to be quiet and eat the sushi. I have never in my life seen anything like it before, I wanted to call the police! Then another couple sat right behind us, the man walked over to the sushi bar picked up what was left of some sushi with the tongs and sniffed it, and then put it back! I got up and left! Went to the owners to complain that an unfilled buffet should not cost 14.99 a person and was never refilled and I told them what the people around me did. The owner said I should have yelled at the other customers! I do not work here !! I also complained about nothing being refilled and she said I should have told them what needed to be refilled. I told her we would NEVER be back. Eat at your own risk. I feel as If I needed a side of penicillin for dessert.
This is THEE BEST PLACE to go for authentic sushi. The service is amazing, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. You can not go wrong with this place. You must try the playboy roll, the sima special roll, and the firecracker roll!!!
Best Japanese and Korean restaurant in town!. I have been going to Sima for a while, and I can’t say any negative thing about this place. during the lunch time they have the lunch buffet with excellent sushi rolls that you can’t find in any other buffet place around here. Quality is different. they also have the varieties of salad and some hot food displayed and it’s different everyday! I usually go there between my short lunch break. I love it because I don’t have to wait for the food to come out but I can still enjoy GOOD FOOD. I heard that they just started the Endless BBQ for dinner time and some of my friends went there and they said that I have to go with them next time. food is great and service is excellent. Its the best japanese and korean restaurant in dayton!
Great sushi and salad bar.
Not worth it.. A few years ago, when I found out that a restaurant was opening nearby that served Korean food, I was very excited. I have been disappointed every time I’ve gone there. The service is TERRIBLE. I was told that I couldn’t get kimchi as a side dish because I ordered kimchi jigae. I was also told that I couldn’t get more rice because I already had some and my stew had rice cakes in it. Once we waiting an HOUR to get our food. I kept going back hoping it would change but it never does. If you don’t mind terrible service and overpriced food, their kimchi jigae is good, but I’d rather go our to Fairborn to get some quality Korean cuisine and service.
