    My boyfriend and I made reservations for New Years Eve and it took an hour to get seated and another 45 minutes for the chef to start because they only had 3 chefs working. Our waitress was rude and didn’t hide the fact that she was annoyed with us for complaining about the 1:45 wait and in turn complained about us to the other waitresses in plain site. To top it all off the food was disgusting, way overpriced and the place was filthy. I will never eat there again and I have no problem telling everyone else not to eat there either.

    Do NOT eat here! Used to be my favorite restaurant, no more. My chicken (and 2 other people’s) was so dry/ over cooked I couldn’t eat it. My boyfriend ordered scallops ($20 meal) and got 3 pieces of scallops and was told that was all he could get. He overcooked my steak, and 3 other people’s steaks at the table. My friend ordered salmon and it was so overcooked/ tough it was like salmon jerky. I go to hibachi for the show- the cook did not speak to us, and only did the volcano. We tried to interact asking him how his day was and got nothing. The cook made the food in less than 15-20 minutes and was out- I am used to 40-60 min show and that’s why I usually pay so much for the meal. All four couples were unable to eat their meals and unhappy with the service. we requested to speak to the supervisor and got the owner- he was rude, and unhelpful. In the end (after all 8 of us complained for 45 minutes) he took the entrees off, but wouldn’t take my inedible fried rice off (clearly still on my dinner plate, untouched beyond a bite). The owner ended up telling the patrons to try out the other local Japanese Steak houses because they are better, according to him. I’m saddened by this, my favorite Restaurant has become a glorified dirty Chinese fast food place.

    It was my first time here and the last to this location. It is clearly going down hill the carpet was greasy, as was the table. The chef was quiet and not very entertaining at all over cooked the food. So the entire table asked for the manager/owner he was insulting,rude and we had to argue with him about how bad it was it took 45min to get him to comp ower dinner’s that no one could eat. At the end as we are all walking out he says (please remember this is the manager/owner) next time go to Fuji or Benihana.

    Disappointed. Used to frequent the place but stopped for some reason, first time back and was extremely disappointed, food was good, service was good but the place was not very clean, really took a downward trend, maybe the owners have too much on their plate.This was my previous post from 2013 when I was very disappointed. Went back on March 16, 2016 due to a miscommunication on where we were supposed to meet and was pleasantly surprised and realized that a bad situation can be reversed given the opportunity. We had the hibachi grille and everything was very good not to mention the service was also excellent Would definitely go back again.

    Very average. Good: The food was good and the chef was awesome, as was our waitress. Bad: The carpet is nasty! Our feet were literally sticking to the carpeted floor all throughout the restaurant, and the tables were very dirty as well. Needs better ventilation! The front of house wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
