I have never in my life received such horrible service. We waited over half an hour for an appetizer. Then it was an additional 15 minutes for the pizza. We watched while people who came in well after us received their food. When I pointed it out to the waitress that brought our food she just laughed and walked away. Then the same waitress watched while a beverage was spilled and never moved to help us. She continued talking to the next table despite the fact she had a towel hanging off her apron. I had to climb out of the booth, run to the bar and ask for help. We were brought paper napkins and no offer to refill the beverage.
Typical Buffet. I’ve only tried the lunch buffet. The food was that of a typical pizza buffet. The kids liked it and I was able to fill them up. Poor quality pizza that may or may not be cooked properly. The staff seems very nice and the restaurant appears very clean.
