Out of rum….really?. We went there this week on an Tuesday night for dinner. Dinner was just OK, my onion soup was luke warm and resembled dish water, everyone else’s dinner seamed passable. When I ordered a draft I only wanted a small one but was told by the waitress they only have tall drafts now, and that the owner has gotten rid of the smaller glasses. Hmm….., I thought this was odd but when my wife and friend each wanted another Baccardi & Coke, they were then told that they were out of Baccardi rum. (This might explain the weakness of the drink they had earlier that evening) ! Again the nice waitress explained that they have been running out of a lot of things lately. Perhaps Crossroads is at a crossroad. I doubt we’ll return.
Worth the drive!. This place is great. Comfortable atmosphere, hard working and friendly wait staff, and the food NEVER disappoints! The pizza alone is worth the drive from Columbus. Keep up the great effort.

Great atmosphere and really good food. I had the pot roast sub. Very unique. Nice place to relax with the family without the corporate restaurant feel. We will definitely be back!!
We love driving out route 40 and stopping in crossroads, staff is always friendly and nice, great bar food, especially the loaded taters! Fun traffic watching on patio also.
No consistency. I get that this place is essentially in the middle of no where. The food can be really good, depending on who is in the kitchen. I have been here three times. Twice I had a GREAT burger and fries, GREAT wings, and great food. The other time, it was the worst burger, and worst food I have had in a long while. I talk with other people who seem to agree with this.It’s a good start, I just hope the consistency improves a little.
