Amazing food, friendly service, and a fantastic owner that cares about customer service. What more could someone want while eating out. You say it’s over priced? I say you have no idea what you’re missing. There’s a huge difference between a $10 Applebee’s frozen steak and a fresh hand cut in house steak cooked to perfection! Dont miss out on the best place to eat in Lima!
My husband and I have been eating at Milano Caf since we first started dating 21 years ago when they were still downtown! Frank Guagenti, the owner and manager always makes sure that all of his customers and happy and have everything they need for a wonderful experience. The food is the best Italian in Lima! Make sure you try their lasagna, calamari or fried provolone.
Great Meal!. We were in from out of town and the hotel recommended Milano for dinner, great choice. Service was great and the menu was large and diverse enough for our group. Everyone loved their food and we will definitely be back next time we are in Lima!

The meal was OK but not great and way overpriced
Scrumptious, I love this place. Everytime I have to stop by and have some gnocci and veal! The owner is great, cooks the food and is always there:)
