  My boyfriend and I stayed in Lima for one night (literally 9 hours) while on a business trip. Due to terrible driving weather, road construction, and neglecting to take into consideration the time difference from our St. Louis home, we pulled into the hotel at 10:00pm. Starving. Exhausted. We asked at the front desk where we could get something, ANYTHING delivered as room service stopped at 10:00 (naturally). They gave us a few options, but Rigali’s was the only place still open.First we called to see if they were still delivering. Yes, until 11:00. CRAP! We fully expected them to say it was too late for our order, but they didn’t. In fact, there was no menu online, so they TEXTED us an image of their menu and said we could call back with our order! By the time we called back, it was 10:40. We ordered a ton of food, eyes bigger than our stomachs, and they said it would be there in an hour.Food arrived by 11:30. A half hour after they closed. The food was hot. The order was 100% correct. And the delivery driver was nice and courteous and not at all pissed off at us for making him come bring us food at the very end of his shift.We live in a world where getting bad service, sneers, refusals, and/or wrong orders is expected when you ask a place to go above and beyond. I’m extremely impressed at how Rigali’s handled us. Every single employee we talked to was patient, nice, and accommodating even though we were asking for so much at such a late hour.Plus, did I mention the food was great!? We got salads, appetizers, and a pizza. The thin crust was great, toppings plentiful, and super delicious. Garlic bread was yummy. Salads were tasty and got the job done.THESE are the kinds of places we should give our money to! They deserve it! Well done, Rigali’s staff!!

  Great food. Robs group always serves quality pizza. If you go with the wings, make sure you get the spicy ranch sauce…best in town.

  You need a menu. YOU ARE MAJORLY LOSING BUSINESS !!!! People like to look at a menu before they have food delivered !!!! Am ordering either Bella Notta’s or Padrone’s now. They have a menu online !

  Wings. Maybe it was just the night I got them, when they were on special, but the wings at Rigali’s were pretty fatty, like the kind you get at the local grocery store. The pizza is good, but I’d avoid the wings.

  Best Pizza in Allen Co.. Rigali’s Pizza Village is the best pizza in this area. They also have a great menu other than pizza. You have to try the Chef Salad
