  I really wish I listened to the reviews before going here. We were going to go to Millstones BBQ but they were so busy we opted to go here. Horrible. It wouldn’t have been so bad had our food not sat in the back for 20 minutes before being served to us. My mac n cheese was refrigerator cold. I had fried haddock that was also cold, you could eat it like a fish stick. My boyfriends mashed potatoes were powdery, cold and gritty. The server was terrible, we didn’t know about any of the specials until we heard the server for a table next to us tell her guests. My boyfriend ordered a beer which we were charged regular price when apparently there was a dollar draft going on (not a big deal but still rude not to tell us). Do not go here!

  It was ok. There aren’t many dining options in Logan tho. It’s a steakhouse with paper placemats with ads if that helps paint the picture. Friendly staff and great home made pies, but other than the steaks and pies the food wasnt the freshest. I had shrimp Alfredo and they were the little shrimp that come frozen that you add to a salad. My broiled scallops were tiny bay scallops and were very fishy tasting. Again, not many dining options around so this was fine.

  This is a steak house?. Ok im new at this kinda thing. But that being said when something was this awful you have to inform people. Let me say this was my first an last trip to jacks steakhouse. First i will say the service was good. My waitress was very polite and on time with refills(although they seemed a bit understaffed) that part was decent. The appetizers we ordered…very good…beer battered mushrooms and cauliflower. The side salad was good to. My wife ordered the haddock….she said it was ok but lacked any flavor. Mine on the other hand,a 16oz new york strip steak. Had plenty of flavor….rancid meat flavor! They brought this steak out an i could smell something was off right away. But being the trooper i am i gave this steak four bites before i decided that it truly was rotten…it simply smelled and tasted awful. I told the waitress…she apologized an was quick to offer me another steak…this time i got the t-bone. When i received this steak it smelled like a steak should….but when i tried it…thats right it sucked too. I could have gotten a better steak at ponderosa in athens. Moral is…just because it says steakhouse doesnt mean its anything more than a glorified bar with dece3nt appetizers. my stomach is still churning. And i took the rest home in a doggy bag which was an appropriate name for where it should have been. I will not be going back.
