If You Crave KFC – Keep Driving. The employees at this KFC are in serious need of customer service training. I recently ordered 5 piece hot wing. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I said fine. I would run another errand and come back but I wanted to be sure that when I returned in 10 minutes my order would be ready. They told me that if I prepaid they guaranteed it would be ready. I prepaid for my order and returned only to be told I would have to wait another 10 minutes because they sold my order to someone else. No apology – just a ‘who cares about the customer’ attitude. If this was the first time we experienced a complete lack of customer service at this KFC I wouldn’t go to the trouble of posting a review but this is standard operating procedure for this restaurant. If you’re craving some KFC keep driving. Your food will taste better when the people selling it to you appreciate your business.
