Extremely Rude! Won’t be going back.. Owner/manager needs to learn a few things about customer service. Was extremely rude to my family for no reason. It’s a shame because we visited Hawaii Ice every time we went on the bike trail. Treating people rudely NEVER pays off.

I live it!!! I will NEVER move from Loveland because I couldn’t live without the tutti fruiti. This is a MUST TRY! Perfect location, perfect shaved ice.
YUMMY. Took my grandson (age 3) for his first shave ice in June. This is a great place for kids. Lots of flavors to choose from and very inexpensive ($4.00 for the both of us). Great music and a covered shelter with ceiling fans to get out of the heat. Very clean!
