Outstanding!. Ken Rutz, the owner of Hitch’s, prepares all his food by hand, from the chicken and pasta used in his sandwiches and salads and the beef used in his burgers and other food, to all the soups and chili.The food is GREAT and the service is wonderful! Zappz is one of th few local places deserving of my hard earned money.
