Loyal Fan. We eat at Little Shanghai once a month at least. I have a been a fan through the owner change, and quality has just gone up. Sweet and sour chicken is a fave with my kids, sauce is served on the side. Lo Mein is awesome, and has great variety! Sea food, beef, chicken, or veggie. Pepper steak, Beef and Broccoli, and Garlic Beef are all favorites here. Service is very friendly, and they remember us even after a few month break. Portion size is great.
I grew up in New York, and lived in Boston and Connecticut for 20 years, so I know a little bit about good Chinese food. Little Shanghai was a pleasant surprise- gourmet quality, excellent delivery service. On par with the best Chinese food in the Northeast.
Must Try. I can honestly say that Little Shanghai is the best Chinese restaurant around Lovelan d. Unlike other typical Chinese restaurant which tends to be bland and all the dishes tastes alike, Little Shanghai dishes always blows my mind away because there are acutally flavors and tastes that just hits the spot! Definely a must try
New Owner !!. Since the change in ownership the food at Little Shanghai is absolutely delicious. Granted it cost a little more but the food quality is great and the portion is big.
I’ll be back…. Egg roll was excellent. Wontons good. Crispy with no sign of oil inside. Finally. Also, hot & sour soup was good. A little too much sugar.
New Owners?. I had gone here before (when they used peanut butter or something in their egg rolls) and it was okay. They must have new owners or something because the food is REALLY good now. No more peanut butter flavored egg rolls. I recommend this for your better-than-average-fast-Chinese-take-out place.
Typical strip mall chinese. There is not a whole lot to say about Little Shanghai’s. They are basically the same as most strip mall chinese places. Nothing to complain about and nothing to go nuts about. They do a nice qucik lunch and I always leave feeling satisfied. If you enjoy your food spicy like I do, be sure to ask for it hotter than normal as it tends to be a little tame for me.
