Went here for dinner hosted by a business partner and I immediately felt at home the moment I walked through the front door.Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, while our waiter was literally on top of everything.Appetizers were amazing…fruit & cheese + some sort of Crostini.The wine selection was top notch, but I’m a beer guy which is to say that I loved the draft beer being served to us.Salad was superb…while the File Mignon…done medium was absolutely mind boggling!!!And last but not the least, that Cheesecake and Chocolate cake capped a wonderful evening spent with good company and food.Right hand over my heart…the best meal Ive had in the great city of Cincinnati.

In my opinion, no other steak house compares to Tony’s in the Greater Cincinnati area for food and service. Their menu offers a diverse variety of entrees, tasty sides, salads and deserts, and they serve the best quality, best prepared steaks. And the service is is outstanding.The only problem, its ambiance, is regrettably a major drawback. The noise level in the dining room is so intense that it interferes with enjoyment of dining with friends. In fact,conversation is virtually impossible. They acknowledge being aware of the problem, but strangely choose not to remedy it by installing environmental sound buffers like carpet andacousticceiling tiles.Nevertheless, I give Tony’s a 4.0 rating because the food and service are so good. If one could hear oneself think while dining, I’d definitely go 5.0.
