I have been to veg head a few times for their Z Black Bean Burger. It is fabulous. The last time I also purchased 4 black bean burgers and I took them home, wrapped them individually in wax paper, and placed them in the freezer. I pop them out of the freezer and immediately heat them in a foreman grill and they are awesome. I will definitely be back.
Interesting place. Food is authentic home cooking, with vegetarian and non veg options. House specialty hummus ‘za (pizza) has curry hummus instead of pizza sauce, which goes strangely with mozzarella. Not sure I like it, but fun to try. Strangely, plates and forks are all disposable. Shouldn’t vegetarians be more environmentally conscious? Fun dining area with 90’s alternative rock playing and antique decor. Worth checking out.
