Just went after work with some friends. Fine place to drink. Brought some food home for the family. Ordered kids meals for $6 a piece. Got home and it was 5 chicken chunks with some celery. Very disappointing. Seemed like I spent a great deal of money for not a decent amount of food. I did not even receive the ranch for the chicken that I requested in place of the bbq sauce.
Best Reuben sandwich I’ve had in years.. Also enjoyed the chicken on home baked bread. Have improved since last Fall. Will go again.I’ve tried Reubens off and on and never like them. Meat was juicy and flavorful, not too salty.
Easter brunch disaster. What a horrible experience for the Easter brunch. Dirty plates (I mean disgusting), not replenishing the food, raw bacon, disorganized–just terrible. Won’t be going back.
Miss m, holland. Went for dinner with my family, and we were all disappointed last week. the portions are very small, but the prices are very high. I got the fish, batter should be golden, not dark brown. the oil was old and you could taste it. the tenderloin was horrible, hard, over cooked. we asked for takeout containers, there just as bad. there cheap, flimsy boxes that don’t stay shut or easy to handle. this is the second time I have tried this place. it doesn’t get better. I won’t be back.
Poor service 2 times. No more chances. We took our parents from out of town out to dinner on a Monday night about 7pm. Waited 15 minutes for drinks from the bar. Even ordered dinner before they arrived. Eventually we were told they were all out of our drink choice. Pinot Giorgio. No big deal. Next we waited one hour for our dinners. With a starving/sleepy 7 year old. Around 8 o’clock dinner arrived for 3 of us. We were told another server took my father in laws salmon. Waited another 30 minutes for his dinner. Meanwhile all out dinners were served luke-warm from waiting I guess. The salmon dinner we waited an hour and a half for was over cooked. The baked potato wasn’t done enough to melt the frozen butter it was served with. The manager did come over once to let us know she would take half off the price of the salmon plate that had been served to someone else. We were highly dissappointed with our experience and won’t return.
IT is pretty average. I was very disappointed when I went there (happened to be a Saturday). The new menu was already online but not available in the restaurant and I had already chosen what I wanted to eat. Was told that was not available but that I could come back on Monday and the new menu would be available. The Cuban that I ended up ordering was ok but definitely not impressive. The other 2 people who were with me thought that there meals were ok. They both had dinners.
Fun Bar, okay Grill. First off, this place is a lot of fun, with many TV’s, and a beautiful outdoor patio complete with gas fireplace. Definitely the sports bar vibe and the place can be busy especially during happy hour. The good is okay, not very impressed with the BBQ, but hamburgers are good and some of the sandwiches are good…pizza is good for bar pizza, probably the best items on the menu reside on the appetizers. A perfect spot to grab some beer and order an appetizer to share with people. Prices are a little higher for what it is…sometimes they run some interesting dinner specials. If in the are, stop in, but I would not label this a destination place.
