Way OVERPRICED!! Owner is arrogant and the workers look and act annoyed that they may have to work. You get an evil eye from employees if you put anything from the topping bar on your yogurt. I’ll stick to Mr. Freeze, good service and fair prices!
The ice cream and toppings are great. Clean restaurant. But the girls working here are terrible. They’re talking about customers after they leave, very loudly and are being extremely rude. They handled a tough situation very poorly and haven’t stopped talking about it for over 5 minutes. Cursing loudly like it’s no big deal. I have two small children and we are trying to enjoy a rare treat while their dad is here and these girls are ruining it. We will not be back.
Good yogurt. I must be old because I can remember the *last* time frozen yogurt was trendy, in the late 1980’s (Yogurt Oasis near OSU was my favorite then). Koala Berry has good frozen yogurt/ice cream/sorbet, with oodles of toppings – nuts, dry cerals, candies, syrups and sauces, fresh fruit, etc. It’s self-serve and priced by weight.
