Service was horrible. Our waitress was quick to serve our beverages but seemed to have forgotten about us. I had to wave her over to take our food order after waiting at least 20 minutes. When our food finally arrived, she never asked how we were, or if we needed anything. We were still eating and she gave us the bill, again without asking if we needed anything. In which we did. Then it took her forever to come back for us to pay the bill. Food was ok. Our fries were over cooked almost to the point of being burned. The Ruben sandwich had barely any kraut on it and the hummus was over seasoned with paprika!What we thought would be a quick late lunch on a Sunday @ 2:15 pm, took 1 1/2 hours! With most of that time waiting.Heatherdowns location is much better. We will not visit this location anytime soon!
