Chuy’s comes down to one thing for me: jalapeo ranch dip! I crave this stuff. I like that their chips are light and crispy, and the salsa tastes fresh, but ask for the jalapeo ranch dip. It’s a game changer. For a main dish, I like the chuychanga with either the boom boom sauce, which has a kick, or the hatch green chili, also spicy. Kids get to do a Lego scavenger hunt & go visit the live tortilla making station where they may get a little ball of dough to make things out of. Good variety on the kids menu. Get a t-shirt card and they will get stickers, tattoos, & a free shirt after 5 visits. For the parents there are plenty of great appetizer options & full bar.
